Claude Cowork plugins: a starter shortlist by job

Anthropic open-sourced the plugins it built and uses internally, one per job function. This is the starter map: which plugin matches your job, and what ships inside it. Skill lists verified from the public repository (October 2026); we have not run them, so this is a map, not a review.

By job

• Marketing - 8 skills: brand-review, campaign-plan, competitive-brief, content-creation, draft-content, email-sequence, performance-report, seo-audit. Connectors include Slack, Canva, Figma, HubSpot and Amplitude.
• Sales - 10 skills: account-research, account-plan, call-prep, call-summary, close-plan, competitive-intelligence, crm-hygiene-check and more.

• Customer Support - 5 skills: ticket-triage, draft-response, customer-research, customer-escalation, kb-article.
• Operations - 9 skills: status-report, process-doc, capacity-plan, risk-assessment, vendor-review, runbook and more.
• Productivity - task-management, memory-management, start and update: the daily-work layer every role can use.
• Data, Enterprise Search, Product Management, Design, Engineering, HR, Bio Research - one plugin each, same pattern: role skills plus connectors to the tools that role already uses.

Pick one, not five

Install the single plugin for your job and use it for a week. The skills only cost anything when they are relevant, but focus beats coverage when you are learning what plugins do.
