The simplest archetype to start with. You pick a plugin + a role, you install it for the client, you connect it to their tools, you customise it, and you train their team.
Positioning
Your ideal first client is someone who has already heard of Claude Cowork but can’t figure out plugins alone. They want the outcome in 2 weeks, not 2 quarters.
Pricing
$1,500–$5,000 per engagement. Start at the lower end to build case studies, raise as you add proof. Flat-fee beats hourly here — clients want certainty.
Delivery (2-week model)
- Week 1, day 1–2: discovery call + access checklist.
- Week 1, day 3–5: install plugin, wire up connectors, customise prompts to their voice.
- Week 2, day 1–3: pilot with one team member; iterate.
- Week 2, day 4–5: group training session + written SOP.
What not to do
- Don’t scope across multiple plugins at first — one plugin per engagement keeps the outcome clean.
- Don’t forget to charge for the training. That’s where they get the value.
- Don’t build custom code. If you need custom code, it’s a different archetype.
