How to install the Customer Support plugin

Claude Cowork plugins are available to all paid plan users — Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise.

    Open Claude Desktop

    Download Claude Desktop from claude.ai/download if you haven't already — it's free to download, but you'll need a paid plan (Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise) to access Claude Cowork.

    Go to the Cowork tab

    Click the Cowork tab in the left sidebar. This is separate from Chat and Code — it's designed for non-technical knowledge work.

    Click Customize → Browse plugins

    In the left sidebar of Cowork, click 'Customize'. Then select 'Browse plugins' to see all available plugins.

    Find "Customer Support" and click Install

    Search for "Customer Support" by name in the plugin browser, or scroll to find it. Click 'Install'. If it needs a connector (for example, Notion or Slack), you'll be prompted to sign in once.

    Use it with a slash command

    Start any Cowork conversation and type '/' — you'll see the new skills this plugin added. Select one and Claude handles the rest.
